Everyone at Holo Haven is asked to help us maintain a safe and exciting environment while keeping things fun for all through the below guidelines.

• Care - People are precious, and games are fun. Act in such a way that shows you care about people and want to have fun. Your fun should not infringe on others and their ability to have fun. 

• Honesty & Fairness - Abide by the rules of the game you are playing, and make your opponents and the event judge aware of mistakes during gameplay. Be open and honest in your trades, not taking advantage of other players. 

• Respect - Treat all community members and their property with the same care and respect you would expect for yourself and your property.

• Cleanliness - Keep yourself and your environment clean. E.g. don’t come to a tournament straight after a gym session, and don’t touch your opponents cards with cheese stained fingers.

• Mental Health - Everyone, regardless of mental health disorders, disabilities, and differences, deserves to enjoy their hobbies without the need to mask or alter themselves.

The following will not be tolerated -

• Bullying & Hazing - Including discriminatory or derogatory language, comments, or activities

• Theft - of any property. You will be reported to local law enforcement

• Cheating - or taking advantage of other players for personal gain

• Improper Attire - we may ask you to leave if you are wearing anything that we believe to be inappropriate

• No Alcohol or Illicit Drugs - Do not consume illicit drugs at Holo Haven. Alcohol is authorized only at special events with the approval of ownership.

• No Open Carry of Weapons - All weapons brought into Holo Haven must be concealed on your person, except law enforcement and staff

Holo Haven reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at any time and may bar you from future events should you violate any part of the code of conduct. If you are asked to leave during an event, you forfeit any prize support not already provided during the event.
